Lovely location, dolmus stops nearby. Ship yard was interesting to watch. Breakfast on the water's edge. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Pool with delicious cocktails. Restaurant staff and food were superb. Spacious modern clean rooms. Quiet area, good sleep. Huge terrace balcony with beautiful marina view. Small, clean, and comfortable hotel. Lovely pool and amazing breakfast!
Hard to think of anything.

It was 2011 opened otel so it was pretty new. The staff was helpful and eating breakfast near to seaside was very nice feeling. But the sea was not clean and they dont have a beach so you have to drive to somewhere for sea.

Park Marina was only opened in January and everything was fresh and new including the pier where numerous boats were moored. Setting was great and the view from the balcony into the nextdoor dry dock/ship building yard was extremely interesting and not noisy at all. Great pool area, terrific views from the restaurant across the water. I would definately stay again. Rooms were very complete and comfortable being well appointed and tasteful. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere so much we stayed an extra night.
There wasn't really anything negative about the hotel. If you are looking for a sandy beach this is not the hotel for you but the fabulous pool area more than compensates for the lack of beach frontage. Hotel is on the outskirts of town but the bus is very frequent and stops outside Park Marina every 10 minutes. A short ride into the city for 3 lire return trip was well worth it and quite interesting. A taxi costs about 10 lire one way. If you have a lot of lugguge be aware there is no lift as is the case with most hotels in Turkey but plenty of staff to cheerfully deliver bags to your room.

We recently stayed at Marina Boutique for 6 weeks and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spacious, with stunning views of the Gulf and boatyard. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with efficient air conditioning. The breakfast and meals served on the sea deck were excellent, offering a mix of traditional and modern Turkish cuisine. The pool area and gardens were well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed the Turkish bath and spa facilities. Highly recommended.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We spent New Year's at this lovely hotel. The view from our room was spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the short walk to the town's center and the friendly staff.
Our room was a bit small, but it didn't bother us too much as we spent most of our time exploring the town. the Wi-Fi was not very strong in our room, but it was better in the lobby.

brand new so everything was in top condition. The restaurant on the water was an ideal setting and the pool was excellent
as it was in an undeveloped part of Fethiye the road was not yet made. It is a touch out of the main st so getting around requires taxis. It appeared the staff were still getting used to the place being open.

Very comfortable room, huge bed, great bathroom, good view over harbour. Lovely having breakfast right on the water's edge. Good large pool. Reception staff very helpful and spoke good English. Hotel is right in the boat yard so bit of noise during the day of banging and sawing etc, but not intrusive, in fact, we found the boat yard quite facinating. It was beautifully quiet at night, birds singing in the early morning. It is about 20 minute walk to old town but a nice walk round the harbour and great little mini-bus dolmus service every five minutes for 2 lires otherwise, just hail one anywhere along the route. We love Fethiye, it has character and lots to do and not expensive either.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the value for money is outstanding. The prices are reasonable and you get so much more than you pay for. Secondly, the attention to detail is remarkable. From the beautifully positioned rooms with balconies overlooking the bay, to the basic amenities provided, everything is well thought out. Lastly, the breakfast is simply delightful. The reviews mentioned a quality breakfast, and they were absolutely right. It's a great way to start the day!
All was perfect!

Loved it's location away from the main town and by the water's edge. Found the boat yard next to it interesting. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. Beautiful pool. Food above expectations.
Faulty fridge that they would not sort out (said they did daily) so no cold room drinks for the 5 day stay, which was annoying, considering the daily reminder that it was still not working..

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, with a nice pool area and well-kept gardens. The breakfast was very good and the view of the bay from the restaurant was amazing. We also appreciated that this hotel is pet-friendly, with a nice garden for walks. Additionally, it is located in a great spot, with easy access to a scenic walking path and close to the marina.
Nothing not too like.

Very nice and quite hotel outside the center of Fethiye. Staff was very friendly and ready for suggestions about the attractions of the outskirts. Clean rooms with air conditioning.
Although we liked the outside location from the center of Fethiye, you need to have a car to reach the hotel. Breakfast was not excellent, apart the fresh fruit. Full of bees in the garden, quite annoying....
